My photo
Gaby and Martin Cushen worked for 10 years as sports photographers, covering events throughout the UK and Europe. Growing tired of the over commercialism and media restrictions of this form of photography and having been to the annual “Focus of Imaging” exhibition, we had the fortune to attend a “GraphiStudio” seminar, presented by the legendary Joe Buissink which was delivered with so much passion and pleasure, it inspired us to embark on a new field of photography. Using our skills in capturing the moment, we both realised that we can bring so much joy to the wedding couples by encapsulating so many triggers for so many wonderful memories from the happiest day of their lives.

Trentham Gardens,Staffordshire,5th June 2012


Martin and I spent a fantastic day in Staffordshire exploring the wonderful Trentham Gardens. 
These are  formal Italianate gardens, part of an English landscape park on the Trentham Estate in Trentham, Staffordshire. Sadly the hall itself has  fallen into a sorry state but still makes for some stunning images. Hopefully the rumoured plans to turn it into a 5 star hotel resort will prove to be correct as it would be amazing to see it returned to it former glory.
